The most important, My son did not get his food , he is 6yrs old. Complained and still took another hour

This was the worst experience that I have ever had , Mr Delivery yes is only Delivering the food I get it , BUT really 1 order messed up properly, it was not a cheep order for me and my Family, my Son is the most important and he is hungry early as he is only 6 . His food was not delivered, I phoned in to point this out , the lady was very helpful and apparently exculated it , I then recieved a order confirmation of only his order .....hey ????? And it took another Hour to Deliver, but on the original order it displayed everything I ordered , come on guys in this pandemic we are in .... is this the way to show your way of treating your paitrens seriously , never again......
