The lies Mr Delivery will tell you

I called Mr Delivery for some assistance with a mistake I made and the lady who assisted me informed me that I would get a refund. So when I called back again I was told that I wouldn't get a refund and when I took this up with the Floor manager he advised that he would find out what happened and call me back after 5 minutes... I'm still waiting on my call back. I cannot believe the level of poor service I've received. All I wanted was some clarity and they failed to provide me with that. It's really sad the poor customer service Mr Delivery sometimes has
