The driver

I ordered chicken licken from Mall@R55 and my order was not delivered, I called them and told me that the driver could not get a hold of me. I checked my phone and I had no messages from the driver. I then asked them what about my order that I had paid for but I didn't get my food. The consultant said she would get back to me and since the 3rd of August 2023 till to date, I'm still waiting for feedback. I'm on the app every day putting in complaint still nothing. I paid for food that I did not receive. Chicken licken from Mall@R55.
