The D in Mr D stands for disappointment.

Three times now I have tried to place an order and pay with ebucks. Three times now my order have been canceled or just left hanging with nothing happening till I phone them and asking what the hell is going on. Only once I have received a refund. The issue has been going on for a month or more. How can a company of this size not sort out their payment methods?
