The costs doesn't justify the effort and cold food

Please think carefully before using Mr Delivery to deliver your food orders. It might sound convenient at first (I've been using them for a few months now) but the recent aggregation that I've experienced using them definitely isn't worth the additional costs that you pay for this service. Please do yourself a favor and compare their costs per item to the item listed on the restaurant's menu if you had to buy directly from them. My last 3 orders the drivers took 40 mins from collecting my food orders to delivering the orders which means I received cold food. With my last order today I never received my order which I have paid for so now I'm still waiting for someone to phone me back and to confirm when I'll receive my refund. Please think twice before using them or if you enjoy the comfort it offers rather use their competitors because they are utterly useless.
