Thank you to Mr.DCourier, Fordsburg branch

I am very happy with the prompt, professional and friendly service that I received from the Fordsburg Branch, in particular, Paul, George and the friendly delivery guy who brought my parcel to me (sadly I am not sure about his name).
I ordered a package from TakeALot and they asked Mr.DCourier, Fordsburg branch, to deliver my package to me.

I was not in the office when they arrived the first time, but asked them to return in 40 minutes, as I was on my way. They remained friendly and understanding, even though I inconvenienced their schedule, but they made me feel like a valued customer, regardless. 40 minutes later, I had my package in my hand as they kept their promise and returned!

Thank you so much, you guys have made my day!!

I will definitely make use of TakeALot and Mr.DCourier again.
