Even though I hadn't received my full order with my bananas missing on order GROC***. I called their customer care no.& was assisted by Nigel got cut off he tried calling me back but call kept 'cutting off.' Called again spoke to Ismael got 'cut off' during call again... I called again & was assisted by Zimase and she managed to assist me what Nigel had supposedly sterted to assist me with. Zimase was extremely helpful and even gave me credit so that I didn't have to pay another R35 delivery fee in order to get my R34.99 bananas! Thank you for your wonderful service!
