Terrible support from Mr D

I have ordered food using the Mr D app on numerous occasions and lately I've been receiving the incorrect orders. Each time I've logged a ticket with Mr D, they gave me pathetic service. I was told to take photos of the meals which were incorrect and I did. However, now they say that I should take photos of all the meals. Surely, someone at the restaurant should double check the meals in front of the drivers before dispatch. Mr D's service has really gone down.
