Terrible service received
Tried purchase and the order was reserved into their wallet as the order was not successful. .when try to paurchase with my own money that they put into their so called wallet without my concern transaction declined. .went their WhatsApp to request help the agent by the name of fee..just closed the chart while we busy talking. .pathetic service I ever received in my entire life,😡😡😡😡

Im a happy client now. .I must say I was extremely furious few minutes ago but now I'm happy. .I must say MRD have wonderful leaders who lead by example such as Bongiwe. .very polite. .down to earth and very proffesional at the same time she resolved my Complain in the matter of few minutes. .thank you so much Bongiwe I really appreciate your wonderful service. .I will do a biggest mistake if I don't mention this wonderful agent who manged to handle me while I was very angry her Name is Macaela..you are one of the best agent in MrD thank you for reassuraing me that everything will be sorted out thank you for working extramile. .this two ladies made my day. ..I really appreciate your exceptional service
