Terrible service, Mrd only care about their business not customers

I placed an order with McDonald through Mrd, unfortunately the driver delivered a wrong order, and I was told that I am suppose to deal with Mr D as McDonald got nothing to do with a wrong order delivered

But my question is who dispatch the Order? Is It Mr D who Pack the order ? Anyway I don't care but o wanted my food so I should stay hungry while I paid for Food because I am waiting for Mr D to get back to me which it took them an hour to call me

Mr D need to amend this policy I can proudly say that whoever drafted this Policy knows nothing about customer service or he have not interest in customer satisfaction.

We are the customers to both of them we have nothing to do with the contract between Mcd and Mr D
