Terrible service MR D

It's been an up and down issue with this people this morning. I ordered 2 burger meals along with coffee and 2 donuts. They firstly had an issue with delivery where it took more then 45 minutes to prepare. They then proceed to deliver half of my order now this happens right! Mcdonalds Westgate messed up my order along with the driver because he should know what his delivering? After complaining they call me and refuse to escalate to a manager ! The only option is to refund me ! So I must reorder and I must wait another 45 min for a donut! Mr D as a regular customer this is pathetic!
