Terrible Service – Late Delivery, No Communication, Store Closed!

I placed a grocery order on Mr D, expecting a timely delivery. Not only is my order over an hour late, but the store I ordered from is now closed, meaning I have no way of getting my groceries tonight. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication from Mr D. I reached out multiple times, and no one has bothered to contact me or provide any updates .

This is absolutely unacceptable. Mr D took my money, failed to deliver my order, and is now ignoring me. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for failure to fulfill the service I paid for. Avoid this service at all costs unless you want to be left stranded without your order!
