Terrible service from MR Delivery and Ocean basket

We ordered food from MR Delivery via the app. When the food arrived, the order was incorrect. I immediately contacted them and they said they will have to phone me back. It took them more than an hour to get back to me after I have tried to contact them 3 times to find out what was happening. The only response I got after 3 emails were that they will look into it and let me know. I then get 1 missed call and have to take that as "we tried to get back to you". It is not enough of an effort. The difference in order was R100. The R65 coupon to try keep me at bay is not enough of an effort. I will not be using the service again.
