Terrible service from Mr D foods

I am very disappointed with Mr D Food,I had multiple quries with Mr D food for short deliveries etc and all they do is send you a an email with a voucher.When your order is cancelled again they are clever as they force you to still use the app again to use your hard earned money as you have no choice but to use it becauae they depot a "credit" in your MrD app not your bank account. I use a lot of online apps for food,clothes etc but this service is is unacceptable. As a result once i have used up my so called "credit"i will no longer be a customer at MrD Food i will use Uber eats as they provide better service than this company.
