Terrible service from McDonald’s and Mr delivery!

Mr delivery is new to our area. And I thought I’d give them a go since we have been voting for our area for so long. I ordered McDonald’s from a nearby location. Upon arrival, 2 drivers was present. One of them opened up my bag to give me my order and realised my drinks had all fallen out of the holder, saying absolutely nothing to me but speaking to the driver in their language regarding the drinks that fell. I picked up on this convo as he was speaking, but not once mentioned a sorry to me or even tried wiping or cleaning up the cups, just calmly closed the lids and placed them back into the holder. I then realised my vanilla iced coffee was missing and asked him about this, he insisted I did not order one until I showed him my order. He checked his and there is was, he called customer service and they told me to pay for the vanilla iced coffee as my order was COD and I will be sent a voucher. I called 7 times, sent 4 emails through but still I received absolutely no communication or response. Apart from my food being all cold and rubber like, I was too focused on trying to get through to get my voucher. My experience was horrible and I will not be using MR Delivery again.
