Terrible service for Mr D food

I had placed 2 orders with Mr D foods in middelburg in 2 weeks

First KFC and today burger King Both my orders wasn't correct Every time if is the add-ons to my order that is not delivered and then the people on the other side of the phone is full of excuses but the same problem keep on happening I'm really not happy with their service That is totally unacceptable

I really hope someone from their head office can see this
