Terrible service

I’ve ordered MrD food ( kfc wings) the order was never delivered but marked as delivered Their WhatsApp agents are unprofessional and kept on ending the chat while waiting for their response, now they are telling me they can’t refund or tell their driver to bring my food. Their agents Lucan and Saskia lacks customer service experience
