Terrible service

Absolutely ****ed off with their service. They have now got 4 out of my last 5 order wrong. My latest order was from Nandos on Friday. I ordered the full chicken with 4 sides. I ordered an extra hot chicken cut in 4. Mr D delivered a mild chicken cut in 8. And their idea of a resolution is to give me a voucher for R30. Like really? That is completely ridiculous. A full Nandos chicken on the app is R171, yet they give me R30 and consider that resolved.
