Terrible service

If there was no start i would give that! Waiting the entire day to deliver my parcel from takealot and then i receive a message at 13:47 stating no one was home to receive the parcel when no courier was even at my house. I wasted an entire day waiting for my delivery! What courier service does not liaise with their clients?!
