Terrible service by Mr D Food

I am a frequent user of Mr D Food, but I was most disappointed by their service on the 26/11. I had ordered from a restaurant of which was not cheap. When the order had arrived the food was cold and salty and they did not include my 2 cranberry juices, i told the driver that and he said he would be back in 15mins with it. I waited a whole hour before his return only to be given 2 apple juices of which im allergic to. I rated the food and driver with NO FEEDBACK from Mr D Food until today. Terrible service!!!!
