Terrible Service

Waited for 2 hrs for my order I messaged the MrD team and spoke to a agent by the name of Ntombekaya which is so nochelant I said I want a refund in my account she credits the wallet I was inconvenienced enough by having to make alternative arrangements for dinner for my family now I need to go in the app myself and release the Funds only for it to take 5 business days like What????? I'm never using this app ever again she still had the nerve to ens the chat while I was speaking to her that's the worst customer service I would never recommend these imbeciles
