Terrible service

Placed an order with them for delivery from Simply Asia at 18.36 and we eventually called the store at 20:16 only to find out they had just finished the order and we're waiting for the driver, about 15min later we received a message that driver has cancelled or delivery, leaving us to drive and fetch our food with a 8month old baby this time of night in the cold air, totally unacceptable and now I must wait 5 days for my refund on top of that come on Mr D let's get a response from you be big about it and admit you *****ed up awaiting feedback and compensation 😡😡😡
