Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, i have placed an online order with Mr.Delivery , and chose the card payment option for the first time ever and it deducted the amount straight of my bank account but i have no pending orders so i had to re order and pay with cash they litterally stole my money! When i try to contact them they just keep telling me they will call me back and they don't respond to emails or anything !!Terrible service
