Terrible service

My food was incorrect eaited 2 days for someone to get back to me. And now it has been 5 days and still nothing? I dont haved the food no more, so cannot send you a picture. And how the hell will a picture anyway show wether the burger was zinger or normal. When i logged the complaint you dhould have sent the right burger and collected the faulty one same day.
