Terrible service

I have used their services a few times and usually was happy with it but today has been beyond bad. Placed order and was estimated to arrive in 25min. 50min later no collection yet, therefore no delivered and no updates. Tried phoning their help line and after wating a few minutes for someone to answer the call was cut and after that every time I tried phoning them the call will not go through and can't be because of loadshedding cos was in between switch times so if the call went through the first it should have gone through the other times so I guess the system refused the call instead. Pathetic. No food, no answers and my money has been taken already cos of course for that they are quick. Is Mr Delivery owned by the government now?
