Terrible service

I ordered a meal from Mr delivery and they delivered an incomplete order. Missing a whole R72 order. I logged my query and it took them another day to respond with a request for pictures of my food. How am I expected to have pictures of a McDonald’s meal the following day? Over 3 years of using their service this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and will not be using them ever again.
