TERRIBLE SERVICE

I've ordered food through Mr D to a Restuarant complaining regarding portion size because I've been ordering there for some time now,Recently they reduce the portion size but not the price and I reported this through Mr D after been in contact with almost 5 agents promising me they will call back which they never did,I spoke to one and connected me with the restaurant manager which however she apologized about and promised she will personally deliver the complimentary plate which never happened and She said I can speak to Mr D regarding a refund because I ordered through them the very same lady who was assisting me from Mr D said she will call me back after I speak with the manager from the Restuarant till today she never got back at me,Yesterday I called in again for a refund a guy named chad promised he will sort this out no matter and even sent me an email so we can be in communication after he asked for pictures that a I sent to him from there he never responded with any feedback,Today I called again only to be told Mr D doesn't do any refunds on behalf of restaurants for portion size it only delivers food!!No agent called me or came back to me regarding any feedback to this day
