Terrible service!!!!!

To whom actually cares about the terrible customer experience I would like to say that I am a very very disappointed customer I ordered food which was given in a terrible manner and was off I then complained via email And a lady by the name mishka sent me basically a electronic generated email then a lady by Mandisa Msi advised me will be assisted but still nothing it's clear they don't give a dam I will not be using this terrible service anymore.......
