Terrible Service

<p>I ordered at about 5pm today. Minutes later my orders been cancelled. No one calls to tell me why. You'd already taken my money from my account for the delivery. So I, as a customer, have to take it upon myself to buy airtime to enquire about all of this (the nerve!) from customer service. I spent about R30 (I expect that as compensation, thanks). Only for the first lady I spoke to to ask for my order number, I tell her and she says "you ordered from big mommas". I dont know what the hell big mommas is so I tell her no. She then says she'll pass on my enquiry & hangs up. I have to call again because said lady clearly doesn't care about my query & so on it goes. If you cant deliver a service just say so. I'll find another delivery service. You think customers live to pay YOU & then be burdened by admin issues. BS.</p>
