Terrible food on arrival and service

On the 25th of November, I placed an order with Mr delivery,my order was a all in one feast it included mash and gravy.... when my order arrived I received gravy with no mash 4 wings and 2 drum stick no sauce no salt ,order was absolutely not what we pay for I refuse to pay for it or accept but did in the end as the driver was good and on time, I sent an email to Mr delivery and got one that seriously didn't even seem like an apology.. absolutely unprofessional and not to be recommend
