Terrible Experience with MR D – No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MR D. My food was marked as “delivered,” yet I never received it. The driver claimed to be "outside" but never communicated further or asked for an order number — something that should be standard, especially at workplaces.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for assistance or at least accountability. Instead, I was met with generic copy-paste responses blaming the "tracking system" and refusing any refund or compensation. No one could even tell me who the driver gave the food to. If you can't confirm the recipient or ensure proper delivery, how do you justify closing the complaint?

Worst part? They closed the chat without resolving anything, basically leaving me with no food and no refund. Completely unacceptable.

Be very cautious when ordering with MR D — if something goes wrong, you're on your own.
