Terrible experience of the app and service

Absolutely terrible experience with the app and service. I tried to you a snackme voucher straight from the email. I couldn't find anywhere at the checkout to apply the gift, got charged the full amount and was notified I needed to fetch the meal myself. Terrible usability. And it's a delivery app!!!

On top of that, the service from the call center was terrible.
