Terrible experience

Horribly frustrating experience mainly due to a glitch in Mr Delivery app. Paid for meal for two while visiting Cape Town, but never received the meal and Mr Delivery support has refused delivery or refund. Restaurant not contactable by phone (their phone not working and unresponsive to email). Very disappointing and R300 the poorer for the experience :(
