Terrible delivery service

Really upset with the service I received (or didn’t receive). I placed my order at 11:26 and it took 43 minutes to get a notification saying my order will be delayed. 2 hours later I got a call to help cancel my order. Why pay a delivery fee if the food won’t even get delivered. Really disappointing.
