Terrible customer service, ******** to instructions

I placed my order and loaded instruction under the "Instruction tab" and then the lady told me that I should have called them even though my order went through with the instruction and she saw it but ignored it anyway. When I asked her to cancel my order and refund me she said I have cancelled your order but no refund and cut the call on me, how rude? Worst customer service ever, MR Delivery Bloemfontein, I am so disappointed and I want my money back.
