Terrible customer service from Mr. Delivery

Ordered food cia Mr. Deliver at 18:32. Estimated delivery time 19:35. At 19:40 I received this email: Oh no, We were not able to collect your order from Roman's Pizza Okavango Kraaifontein

This was my reply: This is unacceptable!!!!! You wait until delivery time to let me know. I am incapacitated and unable to drive and have been waiting for my food!!!

This will probably be the last time I will order from Mr. Delivery, and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know!!!!!!!

I expected much more from a well known establishment as yourself!!!
