Terrible customer service

After reading the other reviews here it seems very clear - Mr Delivery's support team is losing them a lot of business. Repeatedly, when issues have been logged their response seems to be "oh, that's just that" and never doing anything to correct the issue. Just to sum it up, a really **** poor job.

Between Dominque.B and Zethu.N, well done. You've just lost yourself a loyal customer who ordered frequently.
