Terrible customer service

So I had an issue on another account of mine where there were 2 *****ulent transactions on the account, they resolved that issue and refunded the amounts for me and then suspended that account. This is all good and well, so I proceed to create an new account for my business. Everything was fine up until about a week ago when all of a sudden my new account was all of a sudden suspended. I proceeded to contact their customer care department, where they first told me that there was nothing wrong with the account was active, I then sent them screenshots of the error. They then came back and told me the account was suspended due to the issue I had on the other account last year. Since then I have had zero response or resolution for the issue at hand. I'd also just like to note that the issue on the other account. The restaurant that the orders were placed at doesn't even exist. I went to the listed address and it's an empty lot. I also am still waiting on feedback on how someone managed to do all this. Their customer service is really pathetic. I say rather use the competitors.
