Terrible customer service

I have ordered through Mr Delivery quite a few times and it came as quite a shock when I was not satisfied with quality of food( 2mm salad dressing, 6 small pieces of avo in R140 salad -not first time ordering salad so know what suppose to be in it) received from one of their restaurants. first my query I logged was closed without satisfactory outcome and after I enquired received this email : (Mr D Food )
