Terrible customer service

i have just had the worst experience with a driver from Mr. D. firstly when i put in my company details for delivery the map selects the wrong location, time and time again i've had to go running outside looking for my food and now to still deal with a rude driver!! that is unacceptable. the driver came screaming at me, why do i select the wrong address and the more i told him its not me its his app the louder he became! i asked for his name and was told i can go find it "on you app", when i asked for a receipt he drove away.
