Terrible customer service

I have placed an order on the 28th of April there was hair on the food and food was spoilt from the 28th of April I have been waiting for feedback

They decided to refund me with R50 the value of the meal was R230 which the meal was thrown

And now they do not want to refund my money. Do not order from here these guys are ****MERS do not order from here
