Terrible customer experience and communication

Made my order at 19.40, it is now 21.55 and haven't received my food or any communication. It just continues to stay on the "preparing food" step.

They do not answer their phones or respond to whats apps. If there is some sort of delay or technical issue, at very least let your customers know so they can make other arrangements.

Will definitely be my last order with them - back to Uber eats
