Terrible Customer Care Experience... Consider Uber Eats!

Friday Evening I ordered from Mochachos Laudium

Though the deliver was quick my order was completely wrong. I reported the incident.

The Mr D app gave me the opportunity to submit the picture through the app to show the incorrect order, it doesn't save a copy on the phone. trusting that the app would then be enough information.

I get an email saying they want pictures but I provided through the app. Now I'm ignored because in my response to the email i told them the picture was submitted through the app and I have no saved copy on my phone.

This has now become really irritating because we use their service in confidence and for convenience. And then they ignore you when they cant get a simple picture that i submitted through the app.
