Terrible and unprofessional service from start to finish

Firstly I got a call to arrange delivery of my fnb card while I was driving, my wife answered and after telling the dude on the other end to hold on while she passed me the phone, he hung up. I then had to call back to arrange delivery. Never should have happened. This time the guy was very helpful and due to the time and chance of getting the delivery to me in time he suggested we deliver it the next day to my house which we organized. I got an sums to say it would be delivered before 5 o'clock. It is now 18:16 and nobody has contacted me in connection with the delivery of my card in any format.

Thus is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly most likely the last time I will ever make use of this terrible company.

In a society that is all about service delivery this is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced.
