Terrance from Mr Delivery in Tzaneen - very rude driver

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery driver. Mr Delivery Tzaneen’s driver Terrance got lost while delivering my order. Would just like to add no other delivery driver from Mr Delivery or other companies has had this issue before. Terrance proceeded to phone me and very rudely told me that I don’t know my address and have put in the wrong address for delivery, I told him that the address is correct and he proceeded to laugh at me and put the phone down in my ear. When he arrived he was told he was being very rude and the incident will be reported. His response was good luck. I did indeed report the matter and got a coupon for a free delivery on my next order. Thank you Mr Delivery but after this experience I think I will probably not be making use of said coupon and would rather order from the restaurant directly.
