Technical Issues & No Refund

Order nr: #DFD*** & #DFD*** Very dissatisfied with Mr Delivery. On 31 January 2024, I attempted to order from Kung Fu Kitchen through the app, only to encounter a series of issues. Firstly, the app indicated an unsuccessful transaction, with no funds deducted from my bank account. I decided to give it another try and placed the order again, but encountered the same problem. Subsequently, I made alternative dinner arrangements. To my surprise, later the night, the payment was deducted, and two drivers arrived at my gate. Following the restaurant's advice, I contacted Mr D, and was instructed to reject the food for an immediate refund. However, it has now been two days, and I have neither received the refund nor any communication from Mr Delivery. I also logged a query on the app, but unfortunately, there has been no response. The drivers, who arrived unexpectedly, were upset and rude, blaming me for the situation when it was clearly Mr Delivery's technical issue.
