TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT DILVERING MY FOOD

Yesterday i bought food on my Mr delivery app i paid the money from my FNB account , i never received my food until today order number (#DFD***) a lady from take a lot called and advised me that ill be getting a refund , i advised that was last funds and i want them to pay back my money to my back account not to their stupid app , i now received and email stating they will pay my money to the wallet account, … I DO NOT WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK TO THE WALLET ACCOUNT ...PAY IT BACK TO MY FNB ACCOUNT AND I WANT IT TODAY …… MR DELIVERY IS THE WORST APP AND HAS MOST INCOMPTEND CONSULATANTS
