TAKING MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING YOU

On the 5th of February I tried placing an order with Mr D. The payment failed, yet money was deducted from my bank account three times. Since then it has been a constant back‑and‑forth trying to get my money refunded. I have asked three times to speak to a manager, but no one has ever contacted me. Each time I’m told “2–3 days,” yet it has been far longer and still no resolution. The support team seems disorganized and unable to provide a clear solution. I am now completely gatvol with the lack of accountability and poor customer service. After this experience, I will never use Mr D’s services again.
