Taking money and failing to deliver the order!

My daughter ordered on the Mr Delivery app today on her phone as she usually does. She received a notification that it was delivered but this was not the case. In the past the driver would call when he arrived, she did not receive a call today. Mr Delivery has deducted the money off my credit card as soon as the order was confirmed but failed big time to deliver. This is NOT ok, please investigate this a.s.a.p., What are these drivers doing with the food we pay for?? I need this resolved; we are regular clients. I will NOT use your services again and would advise everyone I know to stay far away.
