Takes so much longer to have stuff delivered than actually driving there yourself

Always takes longer than actually driving to the business and ordering food there. This is not on the drivers, the overall time it takes for orders to be prepared when ordering from Mr D is ridiculous and you can't even cancel your order on the app. The times on the app are also a lie. Pathetic, useless "service".
